Stone Island

Stone Island is one of Italy's most famous designer clothing brands and in particular here in the UK where it ha a cult status particularly amongst football fans, where it is regularly seen on the football terraces and stands.

The brand is part of the Sportwear Company which is based in Bologna also manufactures the CP Company label. Both labels are the brainchild of legendary designer Massimo Osti who was heavily influenced by military clothing in coming up with his fashion collections.

Stone Island Jackets in particular have always been highly popular and use techniques, fabrics and designs that are more advanced that any other products. This year and last year they reintroduced the Ice Jacket which changes colour at lower temperatures, and in the past they have also made jackets made fom silk, and even glass particles.
