Longchamp

Longchamp are a French founded and based company who specialise in leather and luxury goods, in particular handbags, purses, scarves and shoes. The company also produces a range of Luggage which include travel bags, suitcases, garment bags and toiletry cases.

Longchamp was founded by Jean Cassegrain in the year of 1948, the company still has strong family ties with Jean's son the president of the company today. The Longchamp horse logo was used thanks to the close proximity of the companies headquarters to the famous French horse racing track that holds the highly prestigious Arc De Triomphe Group 1 race every Autumn.

The company has remained strong to its routes with many of its products still being produced in France and emplying over 1,000 people within the region. Longchamp are highly selective when choosing the leather sources for its range of handbags, purses and luggage using only the finest grade from France and Italy. 

Popular models within the Longchamp Handbag range include Pliage, Gatsby, Legende, Roseau and Planete. Recently legendary UK catwalk model Kate Moss teamed up with the brand to create a range of Kate Moss inspired Longchamp handbags and clutchbags with names such as Ladbroke, Glastonbury and Gloucester.
