How do I create an account on Choice Store? Click on 'Join' which is situated at the top right hand corner of the home page. This will take you to a page where you will be able to fill in all of your personal, billing and delivery details.
I forgot my password / username – can you help me? Click on 'log in' which is situated on the top right hand corner of the home page, if you have forgotten your password click the 'forgot your password' link that is situated underneath the enter password box. A password reminder will then be sent to your registered email address. If you have forgotten your email then please contact our customer services team on 0845 271 9905 option 2.

What payment methods do you accept? Credit Cards: We accept Visa, Delta, Visa Electron and MasterCard Debit card: We accept Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Eurocard and American Express debit cards. We accept UK-based only Maestro and Solo cards. Other payment methods: Paypal
Why has my card been declined? Your bank will be able to let you know why your card has been declined.
I live abroad, how do I claim VAT on my purchase? You can only claim back VAT on Internet purchases if your items are for business purposes.
You confirmed my order but I have now received an email saying one of the items is out of stock. Why is this? Unfortunately, although our systems showed available stock when you placed your order, when our warehouse went to pick the item they found that there was no stock available. Although this does not happen often, when it does we have to cancel the item from the order and obviously we do not charge you for the item.
I have received an incorrect item in my order, what do I do? We aim to get your order right every time but we do occasionally make mistakes. If we send you the wrong item, send your item back and we will refund your postage if a receipt is included. Once we have received your return, we can send you your correct item free of charge.
Can I cancel my order? If you wish to cancel an order you have placed, you will have to call online Customer Services.

Why has my order been cancelled? If your order has been cancelled, you will have been sent an email with an explanation. Please contact Online Customer Services if you have any questions about the cancellation of your order.
Can I get student discount? Unfortunately we do not provide discount for student purchases instore or online.
Do you have any promotional codes? We display our promotional codes on our website, Facebook and Twitter.
Which courier do you use for your delivery? Royal Mail for UK orders.
When will I get my order? Please see the Delivery section.
What do I do if there is a problem with my delivery? Please contact Online Customer Services quoting your order reference number.
Paypal: Ensure your delivery address is confirmed and matches the delivery address on the choice website. If this does not match then we will not be able to dispatch your order.
Can I claim the VAT back on my international order? Choice Store will only reimburse VAT on international orders if proof is supplied that the item(s) are for business purposes.
