Exchanges – For guaranteed Christmas delivery all exchange items must be received by the 19th December. Please allow 3-5 working days from the 19th December for all exchanges to be actioned.
Refunds – Please allow 3-5 working days from the 19th December for all refunds to be actioned.
NB - The Christmas period is extremely busy. If your exchange item(s) are no longer available when the package is received an automatic refund will be actioned.
All products, wherever possible, will be dispatched to you within 2-5 working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your payment or address details which may delay your order. Therefore, we ask that you allow three - five working days, once your order has been accepted, for it to be dispatched. We will contact you within 24 hours of placing your order if there is a delay or items are out of stock.
The standard delivery charge is per order, regardless of how many items are ordered. We offer FREE delivery on all UK orders over £100.00. See below for more details on delivery costs:

Choice Ltd insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Choice Ltd and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
UK VAT will be applied to orders dispatched within the United Kingdom, excluding the Channel Islands. Local VAT will be applied to all other EU destinations.
Most countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.

If a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties, as well as UK VAT. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Choice Ltd is unable to advise the amount this may be.
Delivery will be made by Royal Mail within 2-3 working days of the dispatch of the goods from the Choice distribution centre. If you wish to track your parcel, once you have received your Dispatched update email from Choice, please check the Royal Mail website - www.royalmail.com
Deliveries will be made between the hours of 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Please note that we are unable to provide a specified delivery time or attempt delivery on weekends or Bank Holidays.
All deliveries require someone to be present to accept and sign for the delivery.
Royal Mail will make one attempt at delivery. After an unsuccessful delivery they will leave a card advising of the consignment number, date and time of attempted delivery and the address of the nearest post office, where your item will be available for collection (ID will be required). Should there be no attempt by you to collect the goods; they will be returned to us. If Online Customer Services receive no contact from you regarding this order within a further five days, the payment will be refunded minus our delivery charge and the return delivery fee.

If you would like to Exchange your Item/s, please return to Choice Ltd Online Returns within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase & would like a refund, please return to Choice Ltd Online Returns within 7 days of receiving the item(s).

Please include your completed (reverse) original Invoice in the returned parcel. Any returned items which are not accompanied by an original invoice with an official reference number will not be accepted.
Please ensure that underwear and swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items showing any indication that they have been worn.
*Items are sent at the customer's risk. Therefore, we recommend that you return items using a Royal Mail Registered postal service with compensation cover and obtain a certificate of posting for your records.
The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was worn. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit or debit card for the sum paid less the postal costs. Please allow three working days from our receipt of the returned goods for a refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once the transaction has been completed. Please allow up to ten working days for the funds to reflect on your account.
It is advisable to send returned items by registered post and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
